We're currently looking for a junior designer/developer to work on a part-time basis (20 hours). This is a contractor position available to anyone within the Seattle area. Applicants must be available between 8-1:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Applicants are also expected to provide their own PC. Capitol Media will provide software.
Responsibilities
Tracking assigned projects from conception through completion to ensure our agency reaches each milestone in a timely and accurate manner
Creating and maintaining up-to-date schedules for all project stages, from concept to publishing
Working with the account executives and web producers to compile, update and issue status reports and daily hot sheets
Providing concepts, layouts, schedules, estimates, and final work to clients
Obtaining signatures/approvals from clients during the internal and external review process
Conducting weekly internal status meetings
Obsessively documenting, organizing and maintaining record of all projects (primarily advertising campaigns)
Skills
Self-starter, works with limited supervision
